The End of "Match Season"

Yesterday Babe and Kira went to the last match of the season. Again I was very pleased with their performances.

Babe had two other very nice girls in her class, both of whom she beat. When it came time for Best of Breed, Babe again showed great but was beaten by her Aunt Faith. We can't complain when we are beaten by a really nice dog. Faith is one of those one-in-a-lifetime dogs who was Born to Win. She went on to take her 3rd match Group One and then Best in Match beating about 200 dogs.

Meanwhile Kira also won her class in Siberians and then went on to beat an older Siberian to take Best of Breed. She is quite a character in the ring and will do really well once I get around to getting her trained!

Next week Babe makes her ring debut as a Real Show Dog. It should be fun!!

New Blog for Raven!!!

It's still way to early to know if Raven is pregnant but I have set up a blog for her already. You can find it at itssoraven.blogspot.com.

Not much other than a few pictures until we know she is pregnant, then it will get busy!

Meanwhile Raven is thinking about this whole motherhood thing...


...and trying to decide if she likes the idea!
