Raven and Riggs

It was pointed out to me that I've been lax in getting a Raven update out here... well part of the reason is that there really was little to report...until Thursday that is.

Last Monday Raven visited the vet again and he said from the exam he did she was as "ready to breed" as any girl he'd ever seen. Since neither Raven nor Riggs seemed to agree with him, an aritifical insemination was done.

Raven came home fromthe T-Snow Star B,B and B on Wednesday, but Riggs seemed to be missing her so we paid a visit Thursday afternoon and lo and behold they appeared to be madly in love and we got a natural breeding.

Yesterday (Friday) was a busy day for both me and Riggs' owner so we decided to skip a day and see what happened this morning. Another breeding!!!

Tomorrow Babe and I are going to a puppy match in Boulder and Raven will do a ride along. After the match we will stop to visit Riggs again. A third breeding may be too much to hope for, but we'll give it a try. In fact, if we get a breeding tomorrow we will try again on Tuesday as well.

Next comes the hardest part... waiting to find out if she is pregnant!!
